There's nearly 100 retailers people discuss on the forums and no one has a full list readily available. However, if you specify which stores you're interested in, we can help you out. There's a few big ones that offer free shipping with no minimum, and some that require a minimum purchase amount. So, let us know which stores you're looking at, or go check the store specific discussion threads. 1
