kayray Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Currently BB has a very short return window of 15 days. Do they extend it for holiday purchases? If so, what are the details?
Kanyon71 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 They usually extend it for the holidays but to be honest I haven't seen them say what it will be this year. Last year I'm pretty sure is was anything bought between 11/1 and 12/31 would be returnable until 1/15. Hope this helps.
kayray Posted October 31, 2016 Author Posted October 31, 2016 I thought they usually had something like this, it may be just a bit early to confirm. I sent a tweet to them, we will see if I get a response.
Kim3498 Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 It's been posted on Bestbuy's website. Here it is: Buy your gifts and other items this holiday with the peace-of-mind of easy returns. Almost every purchase made throughout November and December can be returned through January 15, 2017. Purchases made between Oct. 30 — Dec. 31, 2016 have an extended return period through January 15, 2017, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract (ex. Mobile Phone carrier contracts, AppleCare monthly plans, DirecTV, etc.). All other terms and conditions of our Return & Exchange Promise apply. My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus members have an extended holiday return/exchange window. Elite members have through January 30, 2017 to return or exchange products purchased between October 30 and December 31, 2016, while Elite Plus members can return or exchange purchases made in that timeframe through February 14, 2017. Previously mentioned exclusions apply. 1
kayray Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 Thanks so much! Best Buy did not respond to my tweets, and this info had not been posted last time I looked. This was exactly what I was hoping for!
