I usually have no problems with Staples rebates of products purchased in their stores, but still haven't received any from Staples.com purchases. I wrote them an email since I couldn't find a phone number on the rebates tracking page, and they asked for more info (which they already had!). I sent them a reply anyway and it's been weeks and no reply. It may be time to start writing the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office. :(

Were those in-store purchases or staples.com website purchases? I've had no problems with in-store purchased rebates, but having issues with the rebates from purchases made on the website.

I got all except one - prepaid cell phone. The status won't change from 'Third Party Verfication....'. I emailed them but they are not responding. Grrrrrr

I had both. I ordered a few things online so that my daughter could go shopping with me, then picked up the other things at the store so that she would have the BF experience LOL

 

I submitted mine the day that it arrived (monday) and the in stores that day and they arrived withina week of each other.
