bravesrule62382 Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 For anyone who is a Rewards member and is having trouble with the Free Shipping, do this: Login to Staples.com Go to the My Account tab Click on Personal Information Click on the Edit link beside your Staples Rewards number Copy your reward number, then erase it completely, click continue Click on the Edit link beside your Staples Rewards number again Re-enter you number by pasting it (or typing whichever) Click Continue Now it should be fixed, if you have items in your cart, click on Checkout Ta-Da!
