tinkrbel Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 yup...my coworker called me to see if I could fix it:P I tried phone, laptop and mobile app and none worked but it was back up within 30-45 minutes if not less and she was able to get what she needed. I called and placed the same order over the phone and then later got yet another cancellation email. Eventually I just went to the local Best Buy and stood in the hella long line to get my stuff.
