Not seeing the promo codes on my account.

I didn't get an email with the promo codes  It does say you shop in store and show your card for the discounts but that doesn't help when I want to shop online.

Has anyone gotten promo codes in email? I didn't. On the website it says members can go to their rewards account for the code, but, I don't see it there either.

I didn't get an email & I couldn't see it in my rewards account.  I called customer service 800-869-7787 & they gave me a code over the phone.

I chatted online with them, they said only a select # was sent out.  If I was ready to check out now, they would issue me a code.  Not impressed.

They just sent me email with code. And they seemed to update their inventory just now as well. Got wii u bundle tgat was out of stock all day long!!!
