Luggage reccomendations wanted.

My oldest is taking a vacation in Jan. or Feb. I thought I'd get him luggage for Christmas. He said ok. So I'd like to find some from Kohls since they have 30% off right now.

 

Any experience with Kohls luggage? He will be flying if that matters.

The biggest suggestion I can make is get a spinner.  That is a suitcase that has 4 wheels and moves in any direction.  Other than that, it is mostly personal preference on hard sided vs. soft side.  Samsonite tends to last pretty well and for the last 2 years Kohls has had one for BF.

Be careful how big you buy.  Airlines will charge you an extra fee if your luggage is more than 50 pounds.   If he won't be checking luggage, make sure you get him one that is carry on size approved.

I have been happy with Kohls luggage I bought the spinner set that was on sale last BF for oldest DD and her DH. With the sale the percentage off and the Kohls cash I was happy.

Just something to take note of with regard to carry on luggage is the dimensions. Found an article on the 14'' Width that some airlines are changing to.
