Got in line at layaway (this was the designated place for the line)..... only 5 people waiting... at 12:00 there was only 15 people in line. 36 systems total. 28 Premiums, 8 cores. Very professional employees. They had games and accessories laid out there for convenience. Picked up Perfect Dark 0 too! $399console+$59game=$458-10% employee discount=$413+tax.

The guy working electronics remembered me from a 2 weeks ago and ask if I was still looking for a 360.I said yes and told to wait just a minute. He went to the back and 2 or 3 minutes later walked out holding a premium set. He said the store got 8 yesterday and this one had been put back by another employee. He said that was not fair so he sold:gd_pineap it to me. No long lines, no hassles at all. All I had to do was be a little patient in my search. :gd_pineap
amandasdennis Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 You know, I don't want one, but the last few times I have been at our Wal-Mart they have had them. The first time they had the expensive system and then the last time they had the core system. I don't know if that is just a fluke but they seem to be pretty well sitting around out here now.
indallas Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I was in Target on Sunday and as my son was playing video games I happened to look down in the case and saw 4 XBOX 360' - 2 of each system -too bad I'm broke from Christmas, LOL!!! I bet in the next couple of weeks we will start seeing them on the shelves everywhere and that's when I'll put one on layaway at Walmart.
