I have been waiting for a $50 rebate that has been in "processing" status since July on a DVD burner. Another rebate for $15 for a multiple format memory reader has never been received. Do eCost rebates at your own risk!

My issue is not from what you posted, although it is the same item.I got it from an email they sent. I posted for anyone else that may have a problem. I do have to say... they stink royally though. I will never buy anything there again.The lady at Machspeed assured me a resolution would be reached by the close of business today. It hasn't. I will be calling them first thing Monday. If they can't fix it while I'm on the phone, I will be calling eCost. I've never had a problem ever getting a rebate back. I follow the instructions to a t. Yet, for some reason this one was denied because of missing UPC and rebate sticker.
