pinkroses4mommy
I need a Ps2 memory card and was wondering if anyone knew of a good deal and also, does anyone know if the off brand ones work as well as the sony ones? I had a friend who picked up one for me on bf at Best Buy, but I had wanted the 64mb that was on sale for $19.99, and when I got it from her today, she had got the 8mb one. Anyway, I wanted one with more memory, and they have the 64mb off brand ones for 35.00 at Best Buy, but I don't know anything about this stuff, so if you do, please help! Thanks! Also, Circuit City has the 16 mb auto replay max with max memory for $19.99, but I don't know if this would be good or not.
civicracinggirl7
when i got my original playstation, i picked up a "mad catz" memory card and i never had any problems with it. i have an actual sony one for my ps2, but you shouldn't have a problem with another brand. you can also pick up 2-packs of them at best buy and other places. the 8mb should be suffice as well. i have tons of stuff on the same 8mb card that i've had since i got my first ps2 game... (i've deleted some old games here and there, but i have plenty of room regardless).
Missy
I just ask my boys and they too have the "Mad Catz" brand that we picked up at WalMart, and they said they havent had any problems with it, they said that it is definitely just as good as the sony one that they have. fairydustcrissy
Yep, Mad Catz is the wat to go for Sony Memory. If you buy sony, it will cost alot more. Mad Catz has a warranty on it, and I *believe* its just as long if not longer than Sony's warranty.
