Target cartwheel app??? Ok I just took a peek at the app. $19.99??? Is that the price??? It is actually $4 cheaper at amazon. Was hoping for a $10 deal like Best Buy had last month. But I missed it. What do I do now???Pull up your app and click on "my Cartwheel". There is a bar code there that you will need to show when you are checking out. Also if you check into Foursquare you can get some kind of additional cartwheel savings.
