momlori Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 It is finally full on Black Friday season now that the letter has arrived 6
lcplwinkerswife Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 i figured we would have seen this before now ... oh well they will still release it early anyways 1
mcwalker Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Not such a big deal now that they are releasing it early themselves. By Monday we should be seeing at least one ad released every day (and more on some days).
mcwalker Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) I love the term Valued Affiliate. Valued, but not valued enough to give Brad the ad before others get it. Edited October 31, 2013 by mcwalker 3
pogiporkchop Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 It's Trick or Treat day... couldn't they have at least waited one more day? This is neither trick nor treat. On the other hand, I agree with momlori... it really is full-on Black Friday season!
berry1014 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 They are a little late this year with this.
Dyva247 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 I love the fact that they put the burden on the reader to "make them aware" should anyone else post or have possession of the ad. Do they pay finders fees for such information? Whatever.... 2
jaymacfla Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Thread count was down, and Walmart gave us the perfect treat of a pointless threat letter to heat things up a little. I agree that the Ad will find it's way onto the internet very soon now. Game on! 1
ilikefree Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Today on Facebook, one of my friends had the link to another BF site (GASP!!) they had the Walmart ad posted! It got removed pretty quickly, but I did get a look at it. Nothing different than other years, TVs, laptops, cheap DVD movies, jeans, PJs, jewelry, same old stuff. I think their sales start at 8 p.m. & 10 p.m. Thanksgiving night, then another one at 5 on Friday morning. The one thing that caught my eye was Xbox 360 with Skylanders pack for under $200. That is on my son's list, but I don't know if it will be doable for us or not.

ilikefree Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Did you happen to see if there was a 70" tv in the ad that bigjimslade said on the first webcast that it might be in the ad?Sorry, I didn't pay attention to TV sizes since I'm not in the market for one. I just saw that there were several in the ad.

ilikefree Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Did they have Skylanders last year? I'm not real familiar with it, but did notice it in the ad I saw today only because it is on my son's list.
