I dont know what you're looking @ but we have a classroom filled with the old lattitude c600 series on campus *STAY AWAY* from them.... they take a good 10 mins to boot windows xp pro. Also I'd @ dell new before getting a refurb.

Dells trying to get rid of the 600m inventory b/c they replaced it so you can find a good deal.

$799 gets you a Pentium M 1.70GHz, 60GB HD, 1GB RAM, CD/DVD-Burner coupon code XXWRNK8T7XVPBN

I'd go with Dell, get a refurb and use a coupon code - they have awesome codes as well.

Just think of it like this - buy a crappy laptop and need a new one in a year, or buy a good laptop for a couple hundred more (if that) and have it last many years. I am NOT saying laptops from Overstock are crappy, but sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for electronics.. but Dell has great deals as I've said anyway. :D
