Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a good quality down comforter. My Mom really would like to have one for X-Mas, but I can't see paying several hundred dollars for one.

Overstock has one for $59 You could go to the Online Hot Deals forum and see the sticky and ask Overstock Adam for a better deal as well maybe.

 

JcPenney's has them for under $100 as well

Smartbargains.com has several for $40 and up..I think they have a deal on shipping, too. If they don't right now, they usually run the .99 shipping at least once a week or so..

Head over to Overstock.com and pick one out. Then, go to the Overstock make your own deal thread and request a deal on the catalog number of the item you find. Within a couple of days, Adam should be able to offer you a deal on it. :)

We bought one on Overstock two years ago and it has been the biggest piece of !!! We do all of the care you are suppose to with the fluffing, etc. but the feathers are all stuffed in the edges. We even bought one of the more expensive ones with the hungarian goose feathers and baffel boxes, etc. Very disapointing!!!
