My smileys are broke again

When I had my last computer, my smileys didn't work.

 

Got my new one and was amazed at what the smileys did..

 

I uninstalled the Norton stuff and added Ezamour from RR instead and now my smileys won't work again.

 

Is there something that I can do to make them move again?

Do you use Internet Explorer? This is something to check if so..

 

Go to Tools>Internet Options... and then click the Advanced tab on the window that has popped up. Scroll down and under Multimedia, make sure "Play animations in web pages" is checked.

 

I can't think of anything else at the moment that would stop them from being animated, major brain f@rt at 3am.

Thanksfor the help. I checked but that is already checked.

 

I kinda think it's the EZarmour though. I had that program installed in my other computer when the smileys weren't working.

I've never used it, but I am guessing somewhere in the user options/preferances of the program you are using - that it will have something about how you are allowed to view web pages. Maybe some sort of security level is too high or something. Just a guess though.

 

I tried locating a help file on the program online but found nothing. Hopefully someone else will have a better idea. :)
