neal22 Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 I had a very bad experience with CC toshiba laptop voucher. Went to CC at 9:30 p.m. and was 20th in line. As per ad, they were supporsed give 1 voucher per household ( which made me number 12) but when they came out did not ask whether people belong to same household or not and the voucher got finished before reaching me. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this. I will complaing to corp.
1uptheman Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 i am from hayward, ca and the same thing happened to me. they started handing out $299 deals to the next 15 people though. it was the same as the $199 laptop only with some software preinstalled. later they ended up running out of the software, and still charged us the 299...and they're making us go back to pick up the software. what an inconvenience

For your inconvenience they should comp you something, they can give you a gift card ..anything....if your aggressive enough....they just might do it !
