HP317 Software Question

Anyone get the HP317 at WM?

 

Are you having any trouble sending pictures using the software? It keeps telling me that I am not online.. If I'm not online , How the heck am I in here complaining about it??

It's hard to say initially, so.. when you plug it into the computer, is the camera on? I am unsure with HP cameras, but most other digital cameras must be on when they are plugged into the computer (in order to move the pics from the cam to the pc). Or did you get them on your PC already? Or do you mean you are trying to send them to someone online directly from your camera?

 

A little more info as to what you are trying to do will help, I am sure someone can help ya.

I have them on the computer using the software. It wont let me send them through email to hubby. It says that I'm not connected to the internet.

I believe it's working now.

 

I think it was Nortons that's preinstalled that was stopping it. Or maybe I just wasn't holding my mouth right.
