ssawe Posted November 25, 2005 Posted November 25, 2005 CC employee handed out 14 vouchers for the laptops instead of 15, voucher number 6 was missing , i complained coz i was the 15th guy and did not get a voucher, the store manager kept running around, sales manager was not responsive. Nobody was interested is solving this issue. After 3 visits to CC and much anguish, the sales manager tells me that ALL 15 vouchers are accounted for. What does that mean? Somebody inside probably hid the voucher for their friend? Feel really bad after having waited in the line since 8.30pm. Will never go to CC ever again. Never had this problem with BB in teh past 5yrs.
