phatferd Posted November 25, 2005 Share Posted November 25, 2005 Wow, was it a culture shock! Got there are 8:45 and was the 15th person in line. The night wasn't so bad, the people for the most part were cool, but some were just awful. The entire management of the CC I went to was horrible. I am not exagerating, when I say this. When the doors opened I got into the laptop line with my voucher. I was 10th in line....It took 2 hours and 45 minutes until I got to the register to ring my order up! One lady was at the register for 45 minutes with 3 managers looking at the computer not knowing what to do. They refused to open up another register and get the people in line. Then their $250 rebate for AOL wasn't working so you had to pay full price then in a couple days it would be credited back, but people bitched saying it was false advertising and they gave us all $250 gift cards to be used to bring the price down.
