The Comp USA AOL deal is listed by several of the computers in their ad...but not by the computer I am looking at.

Do you think that the AOL deal can be applied, even if it's not listed?

I'm confused :-(

You think? I was all set to get the $1099 gateway and apply the $250 discount for AOL for $849, which is a great deal. I use dial-up Juno now for $14.95/month. So switching to AOL wouldn't be a big deal.

But, without the $250 discount, it's not that good a deal. So I've been kinda freaking out that I need to rethink my laptop choice.

I'm replacing BOTH of the computers I currently have with this one, so I need to get a REALLY good one, not one of the $398 deals.

I would definately call your store this week and tell them specifically what computer you want the AOL deal on and see what they say....then I would call back several hours later in an attempt to get someone else to answer and see what they tell you just to double check.
