I wasn't planning on getting anything but wanted to see how popular some items where. Remember folks, even thoe its online you can still call in to make orders.

Well this is beyond frustrating, I was on the phone and then the guy puts me on hold to speak with someone else and then the call gets dropped.

They have crashed also....lol! I got the error code four times before I got put on hold.

I had it my card hit finial check out and it crashed... also can't get through on phone :( booo

Now it says.. thank you for calling best buy we are unable to answer your call at this time.. please call back or shop online.. ha ha ha.. if only there was an on-line

I got through the process of picking a delivery day and then the site crashed. I don't know if my purchase went through. Grrr!

Can't complain - refreshed my page at 10:59 and the nabi 2 was available. Put it in cart, clicked checkout and since all my info including the CC was there, checked out by 11:02. It was the major thing I wanted so I checked it out first and now can't get back in.

I went through the prompts and then it said "we are closed for inclimate weather" and hung up. What the heck?
