My church badly needs a new printer/copier, and as part of their audio-visual/IT team, I'd like to be able to help them get a great deal on one-- but I'm more of a self-taught AV person, so I'm totally lost on this! We need the capability to copy probably around 200 B&W pages each Sunday and the ability to wirelessly connect the pastor's laptop and the AV/IT team's desktop to print. We've never had color copying/printing so that's not a big concern-- but money spent on the printer & ink cartridges will be a concern, as we're a small country church! I don't know what the budget will be for this, but I'd like to know how much to recommend we spend to get what we need. So any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
