One of my girlfriends works at a store in our local Tanger Outlets and she said the black Friday sales will start at 10 pm Thanksgiving night. Fwiw, I would be nervous to shop our local Tanger Outlet, well somewhat local, it is 45 miles away or so. Whenever we do go they are VERY busy.
