You are correct - even when you click on the link you will see them individually priced at $5.00 (even though the main picture shows them together) it States: Plush and book each sold separately.

A great thing about this book is the illustrations. Dorothy has silver slippers on her feet rather than red ones. This is important as it was this way in the book. It was changed in the movie due to red showing up better against the gold(Yellow) brick road. I bought two sets for two libraries I am visiting this week.
