DOES BESTBUY CHARGE a RESTOCKING FEE??

I want to buy my mom an appliance to surprise her--but want to be absolutely sure I can return if she doesn't like.

 

Does BEST BUY charge restocking fee?

I actually think they stopped that a while back. Here is a link to the online return policy, and nothing is mentioned about restocking fee. And I'm not sure they ever charged one on appliances.
