tishaclayton Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I was going to ask the same thing.. Sorry not trying to jack the thread...I was looking at the Kodak ones that Kmart has for their TD sale.. My price limit is 250...
Gloey Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 I need the same information, just was searching the threads for this. I'm kind of leaning towards that HP, any opinions?
lesliepear Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Posted previously about this. Would prefer a non docking camera, digital/optical zoom, actual viewfinder (if possible), and minimal shutter lag. I like Olympus - my previous camera has survived much use and abuse since 2002.
jll2375 Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 When you find a camera you're interested in check out www.dpreview.com for reviews on it. All of the specs are listed there and there's a forum where people will tell you what they think of it after having it and using it.
ravi7791 Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 take a look at the sony p200, GREAT CAMERA!
tishaclayton Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 My brother has one of those, but it is out of my price range... I like the Kodak ones.. They seem to have alot of good reviews.. I was looking and at walmart.com right now they have the Kodak z700 with docking station for 198.00... If DH waits till Thanksgiving he can get the one that Kmart is going to have for sale.. I have put it on my wish list..lol
Mike Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 I need the same information, just was searching the threads for this. I'm kind of leaning towards that HP, any opinions?Yes, stay away from HP. Is $250 your total budget? You will need to buy a memory card, so keep that in mind. I don't think I have seen anything that beats the Dell deals over the past couple of months. I personally would go with the Canon A520 and get a decent sized memory card. Newegg.com has the Canon A520 for $155 shipped right now. Compare this to the $199 price in the BF ads.
Gloey Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 have you seen any Canon's on the ads? I hate to use my CC! LOL
