llovasco Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Placed my order for a laptop early Friday morning assuming I was getting a good deal on it. They now today have it advertised for the same price that I paid yesterday with both a free Netgear Push To TV adaptor and a free year of anti virus. I have sent an e-mail to Best Buy I am hoping they will be able to help with this or this laptop will be promptly returned when it gets here. ARGHHH!!! Lisa
dad2trips Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Just order it again today and return the previous order. Or go to the store for a price match. Don't be mad about it, easy solutions.

llovasco Posted November 27, 2011 Author Posted November 27, 2011 Should have called yesterday when I seen it but I just sent them an e-mail about it. We will see since I see this morning that they changed it again to include the free items but they upped the price. So now they may dispute the deal was ever there. I couldn't reorder right away because I had used a $500 Best Buy gift card for the purchase and I didn't want to buy they new deal with cash and then have to take back the old one and just get the gift card back since this is what it was for in particular. My plan was to take it back to the store once it arrived but now that they have changed the deal again it wouldn't be worth it .
jaymacfla Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 I wouldn't cancel a thing. AVG has free antivirus that is not bundled with bloatware. The push to TV adapter was clearly an incentive for the next business day. It is regrettable, but you had no right to the deal. it doesn't hurt to ask nicely for it though.
Kibit13 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 You could also download Microsoft Security Essentials which is a free anti-virus. DH prefers them to Norton and the other anti-virus softwares.
