HansieDZ Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Got almost all my Kohl's stuff outta the way by 1 p.m today :) Oddly enough,those insulated drink cups with lids/straws weren't available on line so I will go tomorrow (later in the a.m.) for those and a couple other things. I had a problem getting the proper amount of Kohl's Cash for my order. I called CS and Cicely was SO nice and helpful...this is my first experience with Kohls.com and there were a couple of hitches but overall,a good experience and if it saves me 2 hours in line on BF, it was well worth it. HansieDZ Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 Are the $15 Kohls cash given based on total before or after 15% discount?Just want to clarify that I was mistaken and apparently it's on the subtotal,before discounts and taxes.At least that was what I was told today by a CS rep online.In store,I know it's been after discounts and taxes.I did have some problems with this online today.I don't want to steer you wrong on this and hope you get all your KC!
