Got an email for a HP laptop I tried to pick up the second it went live on Friday but had issues with it at the "checking..." step (said it could be added but wouldn't add it to the cart repeatedly). The email acknowledged the problem and they attached a 1 use discount to my account to let me check out at the Lightning Deal price. This is my 3rd or 4th customer service experience with Amazon, and they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make things right. In the past they overnighted a lost shipment, and then said to keep the 1st shipment when it eventually did show up. When they offered Amazon Student and I already I had Amazon Prime, they refunded my Prime fee. They have price matched an item, etc.
