After that, crash during the "A Christmas Story" marathon. ("You'll shoot your eye out, kid! ) We usually don't open any gifts on Christmas Eve. I may get carried away and may want to open them all. I order all kinds of take out for the children. I make sure the house candles are lit. I leave santa cookies and lactose intolerant milk out on the living table.
