I got a set of those speakers when I saw them for 10bucks instore. It was a huge upgrade going from no subwoofer to one. Very nice sound quality too (imo)

I have a set of those hooked up to my DVD player, my apt is too small for a real system, they're a bit boom-y unless you turn the bass down quite a bit but hell for $10 they're a steal
