magickallight
We do 2 dinners - one for Christmas Eve (when the kids and grandkids come to open presents) *Usually finger foods or a themed dinner - (am still tossing around ideas for this year) and then our Christmas Dinner is usually a Prime Rib Roast, Yorkshire Pudding, and what ever else we are in the mood for. :)
siczlo
Lasagna, mostacoli for the kids, salad, garlic bread. Love it cuz it can be made ahead of time, and can also be made in disposable dishes!--More time with family, less time in kitchen.
jdrd90
On Christmas day we have a spiral ham, baked potato's, corn, salad, stuffing, rolls and whatever else gets suggested. For dessert we will have peppermint cheesecake, caramel cheesecake and chocolate chip cheesecake, pecan pie, Christmas cookies, I'm sure there will be more lol. Christmas Eve will probably be pizza and bread sticks.
SuggaD
Chinese buffet this year and italian on christmas eve. Usually we do a seafood dinner (shrimp cooked various ways, lobster tails, fried fish, crab legs). Don't feel like cooking this year though.
