I've been ordering quite a few things from them for about a year and haven't had any problems. They're based in Canada, shipping time isn't bad. They've been selling on ebay for a few years (I've been on ebay since 1998) and use Channel Advisor as their checkout program. I ordered Elf on 12/1 & it was here by 12/8. If you want items by Christmas, I wouldn't count on delivery in time. I only have one code for them, SHIP15 - Get 15% off shipping on all orders over $25
