Madden 11 Football game 50% off during Thusday Night Football

I called the number on the 15th and was told game would be shipped that day. They sent me a email about my phonecall. I replied to email asking here is was on 18th, still nothing. Sent another email on monday the 20th. nothing. I called again yesterday, and was told that order was still being processed. But they would "contact distributor and expidite my order". Did receive a email with a code for $20 off a purchase as EA, but still have not received a shipping email. Luckily this is for dh, so he understands these things.

 

Update: I received shipping email on the 22nd, said it would be delivered on 24th. But it was delivered on 23rd and I received 2 games.
