Try this. 1-866-543-5435. I just called. They will help you. Have your order number handy. My bank canceled the charge today, and I was wondering what was up, but I called and they confirmed my order was good and was "still processing".

I received mine last week but it did a while to be processed. I recommend calling the number above. After I called it processed that day.
