Following the first five steps gave me an order total of 60something and adding three additional (under 7.99) games makes my total $79.38... I dunno if I'm doing something wrong or what.

ah ha i figured it out... the games that you add in on the bundle part have to be $7.99 games so you have to go figure out which ones are the $7.99 games before picking your bundle my total is $60.86... However if you want to sweeten the deal get your total up to $75 or more and you get an additional $20 off and free shipping so i just added another $7.99 game and it dropped my total to $57.61 so you actually end up with 7 games!!!!!!

Is this particular system going to be phased out soon? Usually when you see a deal like this ($30 games for $7) it usually means no new games will be coming out and the system is going to be phased out. Anyone know for sure?

Leapsters are always updating and phasing out. Their site does this constantly, even on really new products. I wouldn't worry about it , as they are all compatible with each other. (Leaspters have always been backwards compatible)

You can also do it like this and get the recharging station that comes with the ac power adapter, too!! Getting the system, 3 games, the messenger bag, and the recharging station all for less than $70 and shipped is pretty amazing!! The charging station alone is usually $35. Thanks OP!!
