When my items showed "At the Store" I just called to verify and picked them up. Sometimes, they are a little slow to call but if your item is there, you shouldn't have a problem picking it up.

I got a shipping notification in my e-mail and then the store called. I'd call them because my local store said they only hold items for 10 days.
