It's like walmart, the stores are a separate entity. They are not required to price the same as penney's . Two stores can be different on price.

I'm afraid this won't arrive in time for Christmas...can anyone figure out how to choose expedited shipping? It's not giving me that option, and standard shipping is 4-7 business days. Back Order Date is 12/18 for shipping. :/

I don't know how but I got free shipping on it! had it shipped to the store. I tried to use a promo code that came in the mail today but it said it was not qualified. So looked and saw that I had no charge on shipping so put the deal through. its on backorder so we will see. hope it comes.

Most of jcp's toys like this are very poorly and cheaply made and the msrp is a farce.
