What's on the menu for Thanksgiving?

Finally decided... ham. And potatoes, cranberry relish, some form of vegetable, pumpkin pie, sausage stuffing (if DS doesn't eat it all before then), pumpkin pie and lots of homemade treats.

As some of you know I cook for about 40 elderly residents of the apartment community I manage, this for some is the only Thanksgiving they get.

so that is it, I am thinking after 14 years of cooking these dinners, I may not want to do this next year so I am going to go out with a bang.

I have made them all from the above recipes and there isn't anything there that is to hard or overly expensive

We usually do the traditional thing. Way too much food followed by way too much pie. The only thing we do different is make green bean casserole with cream of broccoli instead of cream of mushroom.
