Pre ordered COD black ops thru Amazon..didn't get all of the 200 points?

I cannot seem to find the link to email Amazon customer service either! Can anyone help my find it? TIA!

My son only got 100 points in an email...not the 200?! Then my other son that also preordered it never even got his points! Grrrrrrr.

They have it still listed on the site "200 bonus points"....very frustrating!

I have not even gotten my email yet for the $20 credit or the wallpaper.

I just tried a check out and it worked! They applied the $20 to the order!

i ordered something from amazon and was suppose to get a gift card or something from them last year, and i never did. i decided after trying over and over that amazon would not take me like that again. i order but never exspecting gcards or points or anything. feels like a bate and switch to me . i hope you get your points!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think its automatically applied to your account..I got an email but no code so I am assuming its automatically applied when you buy a video game...remember they expire Nov 30th.

 

Amazon's customer service is AMAZING so never hesitate to call them :)

 

Also if you go to "your account" you can look up points balances and amazon promotional credits, giftcard balances,ect

Preordered the game before the points were to be given. I got an e-mail starting that I had earned 200 points for another game. when I tried to purchase another game (just to see if it would work), I only got 10 dollars off, not the 20 dollars it should be. I haven't called Amazon yet, but they are very accommodating.
