Danascraps
I have a 10 year old girl... I can tell you some things on her list. Diary of a Wimpy Kid new book (coming out next week), Wimpy Kid movie, Ipod touch, charm bracelet. Last year I got her a cheapie video camera ($50 at Kohls) and it is still a big hit a year later). Good luck.

amood06
I think both the 7 and 10 year old would like electronics, such as an mp3 player (doesn't have to be ipod, there are tons that will be on sale) or a digital camera (those are pretty cheap nowadays). My girls like the Monster High dolls, zoobles. I have an 11 year old for her big ticket item she is getting a razor mod scooter, Walmart has for $197, here's the link: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Razor-Electric-Mod-Scooter-Sweet/10746396. She is very excited about that one. Also she likes to use my digital camera so I found her one last weekend in one of TRU's 2-day sales for $39, it also has video recording. DVD boxsets of their favorite shows is also an option.
