HansieDZ Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 I need the iTunes card too. Will those be in electronics or are they on the kiosks with the others?
racerfan Posted November 2, 2010 Author Posted November 2, 2010 I have no idea. I will be going in on Friday and asking. Then I will be there at the crack of dawn on Saturday morning and stalking them. Will be bringing my kids so they can buy their own and gifts for my Nephews. 2 is just not enough!!!!
amyers12345 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 On the initial page of the website, it says the iTunes cards are a limit of 2, but when you click on the item itself, it says just below the pic that it's a part of the Amazing Electronics Event, but there is a limit 1 per customer. ???
Kash Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 I need the iTunes card too. Will those be in electronics or are they on the kiosks with the others? Me too! Was glad to see those :)

Well I plan on going with my children and they each will be getting whatever we can. If DH is home he will be coming too, so if we only can get 1 then I will have 4 which is the minimum I need. I would like us each to be able to p/u 2. I wonder if online they will be limiting it to 1 per customer.
mysschevous Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I thought the itunes cards were in store only?
sbdad Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Will the TVs be available online? I want the 26inch.
racerfan Posted November 3, 2010 Author Posted November 3, 2010 I thought the itunes cards were in store only? When you click on the Itunes picture it takes you to the cards online and there is a note saying it is part of the Electronics event.

allshoppedout Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 ok, excuse a possible dumb question from an "over 40" person here, but I have never had an itune card/bought one. Can you use it to buy from itune site and load onto a NON-MAC computer and a NON-Apple Mp3 ??? thanks:blush:
KatieMill Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 for certain you can use on a non-mac computer. i think you can on a non-apple mp3 too...but not certain on that answer!
allshoppedout Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 Thanks for first part answer KatieMill :)

She has the same music on both since she is not allowed to take the touch on the bus to school . You just have to copy from your Itunes account into whatever place you have your music stored. In her case she has Itunes and Zune
KC-Traderbear Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 Those iTunes cards are a nice deal. I was able to get 2 at one store and 4 at another. The guy in electronics at the second store did not care how many I got at all. He said there were boxes of them. Also then stumbled on to a freshly marked down Halloween aisle... costumes and makeup 90%; home decor 75% and candy 50%. Got lots of costumes, but 1/2 price on candy isn't good enough for me... not that there was much of that left anyway!
mysschevous Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 I got 6 of them as well. I also picked up 3 PS3s. :) My kids should be happy. lol
mabennett Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 i got three. those will come in handy christmas morn!! the itunes cards
HansieDZ Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 After my nightmarish experience with buying the iTunes cards this morning,I am *thinking* about trying a different WM tomorrow. I wonder if there will be any left? Is anyone else going to try to get more cards tomorrow?
mom2monkiesx3 Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 I am trying for cards in my smalltown tomorrow..it is good 2morrow too right? I am just worried to go outta my way to Walmart *avoid it like the plague* And my walmart will have no clue what I am talking about ....stayed at game until 11-12pm got in bed at 2-3am and woke up at 530 AM to watch balloons launch...I just didn't have it in my today to go in there !
racerfan Posted November 7, 2010 Author Posted November 7, 2010 Glad everyone was able to get cards. Went this morning with DD and was unable to get at first the system was messed up and kept cancelling the sale when we tried to pay. They took our names and numbers and called us back within the hour and we went back and picked them up. I got 2 for my kids for Xmas and both kids bought 1 each themselves.
emptynest-2 Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I picked up 4 cards last night and then paid for 2 cards thise morning. No problems :)

So, it wasn't just in my area that the WM's were having problems. Several of my friends and I had planned a "shopping" day today. Our first stop this morning? Walmart... and after several unsuccessful attempts of purchasing cards we left our names as well. I was suprised Walmart was having that type of problem - hope it's not a sign of what's to come in a few weeks... :)
otonoh Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Will Walmart have these sales every weekend? I thoought they were going to last year but after the 2nd weekend I didn't see any more ads
lincolndog Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Can you only use ITune card for music or may it download movies?
racerfan Posted November 7, 2010 Author Posted November 7, 2010 Can you only use ITune card for music or may it download movies? You can use the cards for anything on Itunes, music downloads, games, various apps. It goes in as a credit on my account.
