MP3 CD player

Looking for a portable CD player that that plays MP3 CDs. No brand preference as long as it's decent (actually - I strongly prefer anything OTHER THAN Sony).

 

Also, must take AA batteries. I bought one at Costco, and it took AAA batteries... don't want that. :)

Any reason you don't want an MP3 player? I had a Sony and a Philips MP3 CD player, and neither of them lasted more than 6 months.

Because I listen to audiobooks mostly, and I can fit an entire book on one MP3 CD - so if I go on a trip, I can bring multiple books by just bringing a few CDs.

The 60GB Creative Zen NX is only $209.99 after rebate at newegg. That's a lot of audiobooks! I know that's a lot more than the CD player, but it will save you a lot of space and probably give you better battery life.
