Chevytruckgirl4 Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 sketchers.com also shoes.com has 20% off sketcher shape ups starting at $79.99. You can't beat $30 off! I've been looking for coupon codes to use but so far I've come up empty.
spwalkhen Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Saw a show w/ Dr. OZ.... They said these "shape up" shoes are HUGE wastes of money! Has anyone truly seen a difference? Besides being a little taller and walking funny?
lucimpi Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I have them and love them. My daughter in law also has them as she does alot of walking to lose weight and loves them and was talking to some nurses at the local hospital and most of them all wear them also. I see a difference, I feel like my legs really get a work out and they feel much stronger.
Cinnamonhuskies Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I read something like that too but I Don'T Care! LOL i love the way my feet feel after walking 4 miles a day on pavement! i bought them for the cushioning, not the toning.
mabennett Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 i think they would be great for cushioning and support if you are on your feet all day!
llist Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 i've had mine a couple months and love them... have i noticed a huge different in the tone of my legs and tush... no... but... they are the most comfortable tennies i've had in a long time... :)
CarpeDiem Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 These are knock off's of MBT's they used to only be avail by rx I bought a pair through a chiropractor a few years ago because they help you walk more natural as opposed with reg shoes, I paid $475 for my first pair and then I got a pair of the sandal ones. I got those a little cheaper but they are still expensive. I dont know if they help tone, thats not what they were made for but they are very comfy and help with feet and knee pain the MBT's that is I can't speak for the Sketchers though....but they are like the same thing
amberjobryant Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 I have had mine since last spring and i love them, the are comfortable and i have see results, my legs are sleek and toned and my tush is definatly tighter. I think like anything the amount and way you use them will determine the results you get. I bought two pairs of the boots for this winter after wearing them regular shoes feel extermly thin and uncomfortable.
smokediverxxx Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 I love them until I stand still and a gush of wind hits me.....then I look like a weeble wobble (and I can't fall down)
