What does "highly reviewed" mean to me?

I see the pharse on GottaDeal from time to time - "highly reviewed". Just for kicks, and poking fun at GottaDeal, what does "highly reviewed" mean to you?

 

To me, it means absolutely nothing. A product could be highly reviewed, and not work worth a flip. Everytime I see "highly reviewed", I chuckle.

 

So I ask again - what does "highly reviewed" mean to you?

 

 

(I'm not a harsh critic, I just had a little extra time today during my daily look at GottaDeal and thought I'd post my thoughts)

I'll usually include "highly reviewed" when I see cutomer reviews (at places like Amazon, Newegg, Overstock, PriceGrabber, etc...) that are above average (for example, 4/5 stars at Amazon, etc...). Or if I've read reviews at authoritative sites that seem to like the product, the same thing applies.
