Free breakfast @ Dennys again...

Just saw on the news this A.M that Dennys will be offering their free grand slam again on Feb. 9th(Tuesday) from 6am till 2 i think it said.Will be advertised during the super bowl.Better get there early.I took kids last year and by 7 place was mobbed...

So, I'm curious, how busy was your local Denny's last year? Was it a huge line? Did you arrive before opening time? What kind of wait time for food did have?

Or anyone else that may have went to this in years past?

We got there at about 6:30.Waited for maybe 5 mins food came out in about 5 mins.My Dennys was well organized.I think the cooks must of just had the plates prepared and as ppl sat waitresses just grabbed plates and brought them out.It was nice and hot though.We dont go becasue its free we go cause its fun.

I think it was around lunch time when we went, and the line was out the door and down the sidewalk, but it moved pretty quickly. Once we got inside, they were very well staffed and brought our food out quickly. The kids really enjoyed it so I will probably go again. I may try to go around 11 AM and try to get there between the breakfast and lunch rush.

They are supposed to be standard breakfasts. No subsitutions and ask for rain checks if you don't want to wait.
