Go into the store, fill out the paperwork (one page) for your Extra Care Card. Every time you shop, have them scan the card. You accumulate "Extra Care Bucks" or ECBs during each quarter. It equals 2% of what you spend plus you can take advantage of the special deals they run where you get ECBs with certain promos. Check out the CVS thread here on GottaDeal.
