cheetodip Posted January 4, 2010 Posted January 4, 2010 i get weight watchers mag and very highly recommend it even if you dont go follow the weight watchers plan. it has alot of articles about living a healthy life, not just with the food you eat. definately worth the price!!

I get it, love it, don't follow Weight Watchers. Very sensible magazine that promotes exercise, eating right, portion control.

Chose WW because of the rec here... hope it's decent!
