If you are talking about the Hasbro/Toys R Us rebate in the op, then this is what it says: "Allow 60 days for verification and delivery of up to $69 rebate check by mail." The pole that you limbo under has a plastic giraffe attached to it. She was playing and hit the pole which fell down and the giraffe scraped down her nose, she has a large scrape almost all the way down her nose.
