Just about everything is out of stock online at this point...what's the point of advertising a sale for online stuff that's never in stock? TRU boggles my mind some days...

It is probably just a sale on things they couldnt sell. I was excited cause I spent 50 bucks on the hannah montana scooter and it is on sale for 25 bucks. So I got the price adjustment..pretty sweet =)

My husband went down to TRU today to get something that was in stock the other day but not in stock online. They said they don't do rain checks.

 

I haven't shopped TRU since I was little. We went to the Davenport IA store and it is NOTHING like what it used to be. It's not shopper friendly and HOLY CRAP where did all the baby stuff come from. I was seriously disapointed.

 

Now Amazon had something the other day for 1 price. THe next day they added the shipping from a " vendor ". Today the free shipping is back however the item is 23.00 more than 3 days ago.... I'll wait till after Christmas. Tis the season to screw the consumer.

Another thing that I have noticed about TRU is that their shipping is SO EXPENSIVE! A couple of weeks ago I bought $23 worth of toys with shipping being $15! Holy Smokes!! That's 65% of the original price of the product I bought!
